Finally, you may find you have to deal with the big stuff: the furniture. If your space is still cramped, you may want to sell or donate larger items, such as couches, chairs or tables.
It is a fairly simple matter to sell off large furniture items, so long as they are in good shape. It is likely your community has a section on craigslist.com. This is an ideal place for listing furniture, which can get it out of your life in almost no time.
